Return & Refund Policy

At IZOL Trading, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for purchases made through our website.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Items may be returned within 2 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• The item is not a category excluded under Section 2 below
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product-integrity reasons, the following categories cannot be returned once opened or used:

• Cosmetics & Makeup
• Perfumes & Beauty products
• Food & Beverages
• Any item marked as final sale or custom/bulk order

Wood Products, Clothing & Garments, and Household Products may be returned if unused and in original condition, subject to Section 1.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at info@izolfortrading.com or +971 56 625 5674 with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm eligibility and provide instructions for sending the item back.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you.

6. Exchanges

We currently [offer / do not offer] direct exchanges. For a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

7. Bulk & Wholesale (B2B) Orders

Returns on bulk or wholesale orders are handled on a case-by-case basis as agreed in the applicable sales contract or purchase order. Please contact your account representative directly.
